Our upcoming Sunday group practice session will be offered from 10:00 to 11:15am Central Time. Following a brief period of zazen, Shujo, the new head seat, will offer his first shuso talk on The Sutra That Explains the Profound Meaning, Chapter Five, "The Alaya: The Storehouse Consciousness."
This is the second talk based on the fourth chapter ("The Psychological Dimension") in Tenshin Anderson Roshi's commentary, The Third Turning of the Wheel, pp. 53-60. In the sutra itself, just paragraphs 3-4 will be addressed this week. You can find the sutra text here.
